Here is an 18ct yellow gold pendant with an 18ct white gold heart styled bail. Set with three small brilliant cut diamonds and a 13mm New Zealand blue pearl also known as a Paua pearl. This was custom designed and made for a lovely American couple who were visiting Nelson for only a very short time.
