Equilibrium Nelson is looking for a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

We are a busy chiropractic practice in the heart of Nelson city seeking a bubbly, motivated receptionist to join our exceptional team committed to enhancing the wellbeing of our community.

We are passionate about delivering high-quality, hands-on natural healthcare for all ages in our inspirational healing environment.

The position is part time, approximately 25 hours per week (including a Saturday morning shift), with the possibility of flexibility and more hours as available.

Prior reception experience a plus but not absolutely necessary, however a warm and welcoming nature, good communication and computer skills, attention to detail, extraordinary customer service and a true commitment to helping others is essential.

You will be on your feet and on the move with an ergonomic standing work station and in charge of keeping the flow of clients to the consultation rooms. The duties are many and varied including; welcoming clients, answering phones and emails, making bookings and attending to enquiries, cash handling and invoicing, ACC claim processing, liaising with other providers, and supporting the chiropractors in delivering excellent care and lifestyle education.
