Please put your wet wipes in the bin.
The Covid-19 situation will likely mean an increased use of wet wipes as people increase their hygiene routines. While this is understandable, please make sure wet wipes are thrown in the bin and not flushed down the toilet.
Wet wipes building up in our wastewater system can cause pipes to block and sewers to overflow onto our properties and streets and into our streams. Blocked pipes can cause inconvenience and can be very expensive to fix.
