Customer Service/Sales/Admin – Part-time

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service/Sales/Admin person in our busy office/showroom. Confidence in dealing with a wide range of customers & products is key to this position.

This role is responsible for running the administration & customer service side of the company including parts of the finance system. You will be dealing with sales enquiries on the phone, via email & in person every day.  Our product range is really wide (and quite technical) so you’ll have to focus on learning about what we do – this is really important right from day one.

You will be, in most cases, the first point of contact for customers so energy & enthusiasm is paramount.

The accounts side of the role includes:
Customer invoicing
Supplier invoices
Cost updates
Timesheets
Maintaining Xero

Computer savvy – experience in Xero is an absolute necessity. Workflow MAX experience would be very desirable.

Hours: 8am – 2pm Monday & Wednesday
