Lavender is an obvious and beautiful option to attract the bees, but also veggies that have gone to flower like broccoli, bok choi or rocket provide nectar for our precious pollinators.

Old jars can help keep seedlings warm and keep the slugs away, just lift them off during the day if they don’t have holes at the top otherwise they will die in the heat.
