We are looking for a Duty Manager and Front Of House superstar who is a energetic person who is keen to work hard, thrive working in a team environment and have a passion for the industry. This position is 30+ hours per week and includes nights and weekends.
Duty Manager duties will include:
Managing the staff
Providing high levels of customer service
Cash handling
Closing procedures
Working the floor and bar
Barista
Training staff
Maintaining processes and procedures
Managing the Gaming Rooms
Communicating with the owners, providing feedback and ideas
Front of House Duties will include:
Providing high levels of Customer Service
Waiting on tables
Bar work
Cash handling
Cleaning
Gaming machine procedures
Weekend work and nights are a part of the job so flexibility is a must. Experience in customer service is preferred but if you have the right personality and attitude we can provide training. Honesty, Reliability and dedication to your work is essential.
