3. Speed – BC is a fast-paced, cheeky wee thang that can go from zero to 100 in the blink of an eye, so you really need to be able to move your ass.
4. Flexibility – We’re open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’re after heroes who can do anything.
5. Reliability – This is about being a team player. If you can consistently be on time, and hook a brother/sister up when the going gets tough it’s more valuable than gold.

• Chef de Partie: full time permanent, 1+ years experience kitchen management & relevant qualifications required.
  Two positions available for an immediate start.
• Cook/Chef: full time fixed term until March 2021, experience preferred but not required, good attitude essential.
  One position available for immediate start, three positions available for mid-November start.
• Front of House: full time fixed term until March 2021, experience preferred but not required, good attitude essential.
  Two positions available for mid-November start, two positions available for early-December start.
• Kitchen Hand: part time & full time fixed term until March 2021, no experience required, good attitude essential.
  Part time position available for immediate start, full time position available for mid-November start.
• Baker: full time permanent, experience preferred but not required, good attitude essential.
  One position available for immediate start.
