From the Tap: Little India
Our Grandfather Squadron Leader Jasbir Singh Gill was in the Royal India Air Force. During this time in the Air Force he took a liking to a nice cold lager, but found the beer to be heavy.
One of his squadron members showed him a trick to remove the glycerin from his beer. In India, glycerin is added to beers to help increase shelf life in the hot climate.
Jasbir still uses this trick today. Our Jasibr Lager is made to be crisp and light to quench your thirst on a hot day after a spicy curry.
