We have a flexible part-time Duty Manager position available. Primarily needed for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday shifts for managing and other weekly waitress/bar shifts are available for topping up hours.

623 In the City is a Restaurant and Bar in the heart of Nelson city. We are looking for an energetic person who is keen to work hard, thrive working in a team environment and have a passion for the industry. This position does include nights and weekends.

Your duties will include:
Managing the staff
Providing high levels of customer service
Cash handling
Closing and Opening procedures
Working the floor and bar
Training staff Maintaining processes and procedures
Managing the Gaming Rooms

Preferably the candidate with have their Duty Manager Certificate but the right applicant with suitable experience can be put through the process of obtaining their Duty Manager Certificate.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
