Location: Jens Hansen Jewellers, 320 Trafalgar Square, Nelson
Hours: Part-Time – Full-time (32 – 40 hours per week)
Start Date: We’re ready when you are
Jens Hansen is an iconic and internationally recognised Artisan Jewellery Workshop. Located in the heart of Nelson since 1968, we specialise in the creation of hand-forged designs that are crafted to last for generations. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and excellent customer service and work closely with our clients to guide them through the process of making their significant purchase.
We are looking for a warm, confident and articulate person who understands and likes to deliver exceptional customer service in an energetic and busy environment. This role could be Full Time or Part Time from at least 32 hours a week, depending on your skills, experience and availability.
This Role Involves:
Providing exceptional customer service
Having a passion for selling and achieving/exceeding sales targets
Communication via phone and email
Liaising with clients on jewellery design
Communicating with jewellers on the manufacturing process
Showing initiative and being a great team player
Demonstrating attention to detail
Our Ideal Candidate Will Be:
A warm and open personality
Interested in jewellery and luxury goods
Well spoken and confident in presenting information
Focussed on attention to detail
Energetic, with a positive attitude
Well presented
Creative and enjoy design
Experienced with retail sales
Available to work on Saturdays
