Rock the City – Lucy Summerfield & Pluto’s Eyes
Friday 2 December, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Kirby Lane, Bridge Street, Nelson
Lucy Summerfield is a 17 Year old from Motueka High School. She’s been performing her own songs since she was seven but hopes she’s improved since then. In more recent years she has been a Finalist for Play it Strange, National Finalist for Tangata Beats and Winner of Hook-line and sing-along. She writes in both te reo Māori and English with two singles out on Spotify. She is planning to study music next year in Wellington and is very excited about it.
Saturday 3 December,2022 (12 – 1 .p.m.)
1903 Square, Trafalgar Square, Nelson
Phoebe and I (Ruby) have been playing together for over two years now. We both contribute to all aspects of the songwriting process, weaving humour, poetry and harmony into a folky, indie, rock-pop sound. We’ve performed in many places, from open mic nights, to parties, to a festival! We love sharing our thoughts through music, and can’t wait to perform at Rock The City.
