The second installment of our staff special comp is “Teriyaki Crews” and Jalapeño Bites by Gurk & Amy G.
Teriyaki pulled beef brisket, deep fried pineapple, bacon bits, red pepper cream cheese, slaw, pickles.
Perf with a side of Jalapeño Bites, stuffed with stringy mozzarella and served with red pepper cream cheese.
