New Zealand single-use plastics ban
The New Zealand Government is banning the sale and manufacture of the following single-use plastic items from 1 July 2023: cutlery, tableware, produce labels, straws, and produce bags. The Waste Minimisation Regulations will come into force on 1 July 2023.
