Thank you from Ukraine exhibition at Nelson Provincial Museum
Nelson Provincial Museum is proud to present a special display on behalf of Tautoko Ukraine Charitable Trust.
In gratitude of the support shown by the Nelson Tasman region, Ukrainian children have created artworks to say thank you. These artworks will be displayed alongside photos of the child artists in the Museum’s education centre.
“We hope that by displaying their messages of thanks, the Ukrainian children will know that they have been heard, even in the middle of a warzone” says Lucinda Jimson, the Museum’s CEO.
‘Thank You from Ukraine’ will be on display in the education centre, upstairs at Nelson Provincial Museum, from Friday 25 August until 1 October 2023.
Free for Nelson Tasman residents.
Admission fee for non-Nelson Tasman residents is:
Adults $7
Concession (Gold Card) $5
Tertiary Students (with ID) $3
Children* $3
Preschoolers (under 5 years of age) FREE
*Please note that all children under the age of 14 must legally be accompanied by an adult to visit our Museum
Public programmes and learning opportunities will be added throughout the season.
