Mask Carnivale 2023 : Nelson Arts Festival
You may have seen the Nelson Arts Festival announcement of the BIG plans for this year’s Mask Carnivale (if not:CHECK IT OUT now!!) – and with all what’s going to be going on, the Festival team are on the look-out for some more helping hands.
The Festival whānau of volunteers is an i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-e group of humans who come together each year to make the magic happen. If you have some time on Friday 27 Oct, enjoy meeting people and a look behind the scenes, please reach out to the Festival volunteer coordinator Maria and join the amazing team that makes this much-loved community event happen: festivalwhanau@nelsonartsfestival.nz 💙💛💚
The Mask Carnivale is a free event for the whole community to enjoy – bring the whole whānau into town on Fri 27 Oct, 5-10pm, for an incredible line-up of musicians and performers, 4 stages and a rangatahi-led zone, the beloved mask parade, delicious kai from local vendors and so very much to discover! Proudly supported by Uniquely Nelson 🎪🥳
