The NBS Rescue Helicopter Appeal is back, and so is the 10 for 10 challenge!

This October, as NBS aim to raise awareness and funds to support the ongoing operations of this vital service, the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter. We invite you to join us again in making a meaningful impact by getting involved – yes, we too will be dropping and doing 10 push ups for the challenge.

By helping us share awareness through this 10 for 10 challenge, you’ll directly help raise awareness for the support the Trust needs to maintain their state-of-the-art equipment, provide the necessary training to their dedicated crew and to ensure they can continue to respond swiftly to emergencies across our community.

For every person taking part in a 10 for 10 video, NBS will donate $10 to the Helicopter Appeal – up to a total of $10,000. Here’s how you can get involved and help us get to $10,000:

1. 1. Do 10 push-ups. Post a video doing 10 push ups on your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account (or email it through and we can share it).
   2. Tag @nbshelicopterappeal and use the hashtag #NBS10for10 (make sure your account is public so that we can tally the videos).
   3. Tag some mates or challenge another business. Challenge them to do their bit!
