Meet Dave, co-founder of LTD Architectural Design Studio. Established in 2008 in Auckland, LTD is an award-winning firm specialising in designing buildings that foster a connection to the natural environment, ideal for Aotearoa’s rural and coastal settings.
A proud recipient of the National ADNZ/Resene Architectural Design Award in 2021, Dave designed a house for his own young family, embodying the essence of LTD Architectural’s practice.
Having relocated to Nelson a year ago, Dave, along with his wife and two boys, loves getting outdoors and savouring the beauty of our surroundings. Dave enjoys exploring the hills on a mountain bike or venturing into the bush for hunting and hiking adventures 🚵🌳
