Support a Good Cause this Christmas at Natureland
Christmas is just around the corner and the busy season is fast approaching.
Among the mad rush it’s nice to sit back and think about how to spend consciously this festive season. Why not support a charitable trust as part of your Christmas gift shopping? There are many amazing activities to enjoy at Natureland, for children and adults alike!
Special gift ideas friends and whanau will go wild for:
• Natureland’s second hand store New to You: We welcome you to browse our colourful second hand store that offers a myriad of treasures you can purchase. Get creative and make handmade presents using supplies from our store, check out our range of clothing, purchase something preloved for a loved one and know you are encouraging sustainability. Why not repurpose? The Earth will thank you for recycling!
• Meerkat experience: For $55 come get up close with our gorgeous Meerkats. Fee includes entry to Natureland too, so bring a picnic, enjoy lunch in our lovely park and go to explore afterwards.
• Day pass: Come and meet our feathery, furry, scaly friends! Learn about our special endangered animals from around the world such as our Lemurs – and how you can help protect them. At 10.30am each day we have either a goat or rabbit encounter which a day pass will cover. Don’t forget to check out our amazing native Kea, and our Breed for Release Conservation corner.
• Memberships (12 months): Treat a child to a ‘plus one’ membership and you and them (or any adult) can come enjoy our wildlife park together whenever you like! We also have a single child entry, a Whānau membership (two adults and 3 children), and an adult membership. Memberships last 12 months.
Whatever your needs and interests, Natureland is here to bring joy to the community while helping people connect with nature and learn how to support our precious wildlife. Come check us out and support us these summer holidays.
