Make these yummy gummies that your children will love, and you’ll love them because they’ll be happy in taking them.

Ingredients

Harker Herbals silicon gummy mould, or similar mould
1 tbsp Nutra Organics Natural Gelatin
4 tbsp Hot water
2 tbsp Harker Herbals Children’s Immune Build
Method

Add water to a small glass bowl, slowly add gelatin, and whisk or stir with a fork until smooth
Add the syrup to the mixture and slowly stir
Use the dropper to fill the silicone moulds
Place in the refrigerator for three hours or until completely set
Pop the gummy bears out of the moulds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Makes 53 small gummy bears

Recommended dose: These dosages can be taken up to twice a day.

Children 1-2 years: 6 gummies
Children 2-6 years: 8 gummies
Children 5+ years: 14-16 gummies
