Terry got to sample the absolutely delicious Seafood Saturday Ōra King dish created by the talented Eight Plates chef Sarah Maunder. “The miso-cured Ōra King salmon was divinely prepared by Sarah. She never misses the mark. Simply wonderful.”
For Seafood Saturday, the dish will be matched with the Neudorf Vineyards Rosie’s Block Moutere Albariño ’23. Too good to be true.
