At Little India, our heritage and the traditional cooking techniques passed down through generations are the heart of what we do.
To make our curries burst with flavour, we keep it simple – no shortcuts.
We don’t use store-bought Garam Masala and instead make our own blend from our Grandmother’s recipe. We start by getting whole spices, give them a fragrant toasting in the tandoor to release all of their fragrance and flavours, and then grind them up ready to use in your favourite Little India dishes.
