Position Overview:
As the Second-in-Charge (2IC), you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our espresso bar. In this role, you’ll help guide our team of baristas, contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, and uphold the high standards that Sublime Espresso Bar is renowned for. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior hospitality experience who is eager to support a dynamic team and help drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Assist in guiding, training, and motivating a team of baristas to achieve exceptional service and maintain productivity.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the espresso bar.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or coffee industry is preferred.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for coffee and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
