Double delight for the Trafalgar Centre at EVANZ 2024 Awards
CLM is thrilled to announce that the Trafalgar Centre has won the prestigious EVANZ Medium Venue of the Year Award at the 2024 Entertainment Venues Association NZ (EVANZ) Awards in Auckland last night. This accolade recognizes the Trafalgar Centre’s exceptional service, outstanding events, and commitment to overall excellence!
The judges commented “What sets this venue apart is the level of dedication of the staff to their venue and community. Guests are not just accommodated – they are welcomed and celebrated.”
Adding to the night’s celebrations, Mark, Nelson Community Venues Manager, was awarded the Venue Management Association, Leader of the Year Award. This award highlights Mark’s exemplary leadership, dedication, and significant contributions to the venue management industry across New Zealand.
In awarding this, the judges stated “Mark is an outstanding and unselfish leader. Passionate about the venues industry with a commitment to continuing self-improvement and strong core values. He has led his team through a year that has brought significant wins in new venues to manage whilst maintaining high standards of guest and client experience.”
The night topped off a big week for Mark who was announced as the EVANZ Board Chairman at the associations AGM.
