DAVID RYAN solo exhibition opens Friday 7 March at 5.30pm

David Ryan’s paintings capture the monumental essence of the Southern Alps. The inhospitable rock face, the rushing water, the ever changing sky and ultimately the insignificance of ourselves in this mighty terrain. His abstracted paintings conjure up memories and the idea of a place. They are an interpretation based on Ryan’s own experiences of being in the Alpine regions.
