He momo, nā te whānau brings together works by celebrated Aotearoa artists, exploring the unseen legacies passed down through generations. Through cultural rituals, personal narratives, and cherished traditions, these pieces invite us to reflect on the stories we carry and the treasures we leave behind.
Featuring Andrea Daly, Areta Wilkinson, Chris Charteris, Grace Yu Piper, Jane Dodd, Jen Laracy, Joe Sheehan, Keri-Mei Zagrobelna, Matthew McIntyre Wilson, Octavia Cook, Renee Bevan, Sione Monu, Victoria McIntosh, and Warwick Freeman, this thought-provoking exhibition is not to be missed.
A collaborative project between Te Manawa, The Suter, and Makers 101, He momo, nā te whānau is proudly supported by Creative New Zealand.
