Keeping Scafe from Scams: NBS
A number of clients have received calls from scammers pretending to be from NBS. These calls are not from us. Don’t follow their instructions, hang up and call the number listed on our website to speak to one of our team.
NBS will never ask you for your login and password details. Do not share your personal or banking information with anyone, nor follow any instructions including transferring money.
If you think your account has been compromised, please call us as soon as possible or visit your local branch to discuss your situation. You can place a temporary block on your NBS Debit Mastercard using the NBS Mobile Banking App or NBS Internet Banking straight away.
