Endurance…

Greeting dear friends & fellow navigators, & welcome to my world this week. How amazing it is & how heartbreaking at the same time to see someone can carry so much pain & continue living.

I always find myself wondering, “how could someone be so strong despite everything?” or “how could someone endure this kind of pain & still smile like nothing is wrong?”

There is something powerful & silent about people who have learned to endure. They are the ones who walk into a room & look fine, but if you look closely, you will see it in their eyes ~ the battles, the heaviness, the stories they never told. They laugh, they joke, they work hard, but deep inside, they are carrying something heavy, & yet, they go on.

Endurance from what I have seen & my understanding is not just about surviving. It is about learning to live with the pain. It is about waking up every day & choosing to try again, even when everything in you wants to give up. It is about walking with wounds yet to have fully healed, carrying memories which still sting, & dealing with never stopping thoughts.

It is not easy. It never was. Sometimes, you look at someone & think they are doing fine. but you do not see the nights they cried silently. You do not see how they force themselves to get out of bed, how they hide their pain with a smile. This is the art of endurance ~ how people learn to live with things they never asked for, with heartbreaks never deserved, & with struggles they never wanted.

Some people go through things others would not even survive. Some carry traumas from childhood. Some are grieving in silence. Some are holding on to their last bit of strength, hoping it will be enough to get them through another day.

However, do you know the most surprising thing? They do not even know how strong they are. They think they are weak for crying, & they are a burden for feeling too much. But the truth is they are warriors. Quiet warriors who have mastered the art of enduring pain the world cannot see.

This art of endurance is not loud. It does not need applause & does not wear medals. It is found in the quiet decision to keep going, even when it hurts. It is found in people who still choose love after being broken, in people who still hope, even after life has been unfair to them over & over again.

It is beautiful, & it is sad. Beautiful because it shows how strong the human spirit can be. Sad because no one should have to carry so much just to live.

So, if you are one of those people still standing after everything, still breathing after all the storms, still trying even when it feels pointless, know this: you have mastered something many people cannot.

You are strong in a way it is hard to explain, & maybe, just maybe, this is enough. This is the art of endurance.

Just few observations again dear friends & provide an opinion in my world. Thank you for stopping by, I appreciate your being here. If my journey encourages you also, all is well with my soul. Looking forward to next week; this is Kenn Butler in Paradise, Nelson with best wishes.
