We’re Hiring a 2IC for Our Bridge Street Café!
Located in the heart of Nelson, 123 Bridge Street is a specialty coffee shop, café, and roastery. Designed to showcase our exceptional single origins, highlight our espresso blends, and serve up delicious food, 123 Bridge Street is the home of all things Sublime.
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Second-in-Charge (2IC) to join our team. If you have a strong mastery of espresso and slow brew methods, a genuine love for food and customer service, and you’re ready to step into a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
As 2IC, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the café. You’ll support the Café Manager in leading and motivating our barista team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding the high standards Sublime Bridge Street is known for. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who’s ready to grow their leadership skills and make a real impact.
Details:
• Tuesday – Saturday
• 40 hours per week
• Pay based on experience
