Why It Matters
Funds raised will support the relocation of our collections, the purchase of purpose-built collection shelving, and the fit-out of the new Archives, Research & Collections Facility in Richmond, Tasman. This move is a vital step in upholding our responsibility as kaitiaki of the taonga and collection items held by the Museum, ensuring they are protected and cared for now and for future generations.
