Wowza! Just found this gem of our pre-opening staff brief. The vibe was tense with fear that no one would show up 😆Oh how little this locally owned, family run, nugget of Nelson joy knew at this point in time.
Turns out, we opened the door that day and the people did not stop coming. Just a reminder to us all that it’s important to look back on your achievements, dream big & believe in yourself (and other such cliches).
Nearly 10 years later and we’re still pumping out chonking good burgers by the truck load for you beautiful people. Hope to see you all at Nelson’s OG Burger joint, home of shakes, bakes & minced up steaks!
