There’s a reason our curries feel so good to eat.
Everything starts in the tandoor. A traditional clay pot, fired with charcoal, giving our meats and naan their depth of flavour and setting the tone for the dishes that follow. It’s the foundation of our kitchen and the reason our curries and biryanis have the warmth and richness people keep coming back for.
We don’t add sugar. We don’t use MSG or thickeners. Just spices, time and the kind of care that lets the ingredients speak for themselves.
Simple. Satisfying. Full of flavour 🧡
Whittakers melted chocolate, straight from the tandoor, soft and comforting with melted chocolate tucked through every bite. It’s sweet without being too much, familiar but still a little indulgent. The kind of dessert you order “to share” and quietly hope you don’t have to.
Perfect at the end of a long dinner, or as an excuse to linger just a bit longer 🧡
