Terms and conditions

1/ Prizes have no monetary value and must be taken by the prize winner. Prizes must be redeemed within six months of the draw.
2/ The Prize has to be taken by the prize winner and is non-transferable.
3/ Prize is subject to closeout dates for accommodation and flights.
4/ All Nelson Airport and Uniquely Nelson employees, all employees of participating sponsors or promoters and/or advertising agencies and their Immediate Families cannot enter the competition.
5/ Uniquely Nelson reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Uniquely Nelson decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
6/ A supervised draw of the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7/ The winner will be notified by phone and must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be required by Uniquely Nelson. There are different scams out there that can send you a message saying you have won a prize; these are to be ignored. If, after successful notification, the Prize is not collected within two months of being announced, it will be regarded as forfeit.
8/ The winner takes the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Uniquely Nelson and Nelson Airport in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Prize. The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the Prize. Where the Prize has associated terms and conditions, the winner accepts the Prize subject to those terms and conditions and restrictions.
9/ The winner and their travelling companion must travel together at all times from the place of departure and return together to the place of departure.
10/ The winner must have a current driver’s licence and must be over the age of 18 years and responsible for any travel insurance and taxes.
11/ By entering this competition you will be subscribed to Uniquely Nelson’s mailing list and you can unsubscribe from these lists at any time.
12/ The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13/ The competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
14/ The competition will be drawn at 12 noon on Thursday 7^th March 2024 and the winner will be notified via contact details submitted when entering the promotion or through third-party websites where the competition is promoted, such as Facebook.
