Debra is your friendly Pukeko Property Manager in beautiful sunny Nelson and the ever-growing Tasman region.

As a landlord herself, she understands all aspects of managing your property and the importance of choosing the right Property Manager to look after your investments.

Debra enjoys working with people and believes open communication is the key to building strong successful relationships. She prides herself on her delivery of premium customer service to both her Landlords and Tenants so you can trust your investments are in safe, reliable hands.

Why Me?

Nelson has so much to offer and Debra is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love for the region. She has been involved with many new builds and renovation projects in Australia and Nelson, and loves all things property (big and small).

Debra is a qualified Bookkeeper and has 15+ years of experience in Customer Service and management roles in a variety of industries. After moving to Nelson from Australia with her family she decided to join Pukeko Rental Managers feeling confident that she has the support of working with an outstanding team of property managers

When Debra is not looking after your properties you can find her spending time with her husband and two children, paddle-boarding at Tahunanui Beach or Mountain biking on one of Nelson’s award-winning trails.
