About Hospice
Nelson Tasman Region Hospice provides a variety of specialist care services for people who have a life-limiting illness – supporting them, their families and carers through illness, death and bereavement. Our services are provided at no charge to patients and their families, and are available to everyone, regardless of age, ethnicity, culture and gender. Care is provided to people in their own homes, aged care facilities and in the Hospice Inpatient Unit.
