Our F45 8 Week Challenge kicks off on the 4th of Feb – 31st March and includes;
– ✅ Unlimited training @ your chosen studio, Nelson or Richmond
– ✅Daily meal plans with recipes & shopping lists
– ✅Weekly blogs and videos to motivate and guide you through the challenge
– ✅45 point tracking system to guarantee results
