As Pitt & Moore continue to evolve a new and exciting opportunity has been created to take a lead role in managing the operations of the Pitt & Moore practice.
As General Manager, you will be involved with the Partners in developing and supporting a strategic plan that achieves the long-term goals of the Firm, managing the financials, IT systems, regulatory compliance and risk management.
You will also have a senior leadership role which includes leading the Administration and Accounting Team. At a Practice level you will be working closely with the Partners to develop and embed an overall strong organisational culture that aligns with the values of Pitt & Moore and be actively involved in developing and coordinating best people practices.
In conjunction with the Partners/Chair, you will overview all aspects of the running of the Practice including continually reviewing and streamlining processes, coordinating marketing, managing events and project management.
To be considered you will have a proven track record at a senior/general management level, strong financial and commercial acumen, an ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. Previous experience in a professional services firm is not essential but you do need to understand and adapt to the commercial realities of such a firm.
To be the right fit you will have a style that is credible, authentic, with an ability to build constructive and effective relationships. You will also have a leadership style that is inspiring, collaborative and genuinely cares about people.
In addition to this you will be action orientated with a real sense of energy. This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a talented individual.
