Paddleboard Yoga in Nelson

Join us for an hour of Yoga on Stand Up Paddle boards.  Savour the sights and sounds of early morning calm conditions and be guided through a series of playful and peaceful poses (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama), just off shore at our Floating Studio.  During your practice you are sure to find moments of fun and laughter with the sun above and the water below.  SUP Yoga adds extra core strengthening and balance, making it a wonderful full body workout, with a peaceful and relaxing savasana to end your session.
