Eager to practice your dance moves before the big NYP Bayleys Halloween Ball?

For 8 weeks, NYP will have their very own Salsa dance course to mix and mingle in dance moves by being guided through rhythm & timing, lead & follow techniques, turns and flowing variations. The classes will be adjusted to the groups level so please join whether it’s your first go or you’re a pro!
Masha Johansson and Lev Gimelfarb will be instructing the classes. Masha has competed in world salsa competitions and has even been featured on TVNZ Good Morning show, has been a guest choreographer on TV3’s “So You Think You Can Dance” and was on “New Zealand’s Got Talent.” Lev shares the same passion and has traveled the world learning salsa from overseas instructors and performing in various Latin dance events around the world.

Classes start: Wednesday, September 18th
Duration: 8 Weeks – Last class is November 6th (perfect timing to be all practiced up before the ball on the 9th!)
Time: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: YMCA Hall – 156 Toi Toi St, Nelson
Cost: NYP Member $120 (that’s just $15 per class!)
Non-NYP member $140
