?Are tired of the ups and downs of the ADHD journey
?Want to have a organised everyday life
?Would like to create a balanced lifestyle and follow your dreams
People living with ADHD often jump between many different projects , never really finishing any of them. Feeling restless most of the time, it can be hard to relax. Motivation kicks in for a while, but then it’s hard to stay focussed. It’s possible to struggle with feelings of shame around an ADHD diagnosis.
However, it IS possible to learn how to live well and happily, without ongoing medication. From her own ADHD story, Cissi Hansson will share how to have a full, functioning and exciting life!
This presentation is recommended for 15 years and over, either those with ADHD or family, friends, teachers etc that support those with the condition.
Born in Sweden, Cissi is a living example of an adventurous explorer who has lived and worked all over the world, all while managing her ADHD. She drilled 1300 metres below ground level to help build an Ice Hotel in the Arctic Circle. She was a water sports instructor in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, and cleaned 200 sunbeds on luxury ocean yachts. New Zealand is the 55th country she’s worked and lived in! And she is touring the country sharing the tools she has created to help others live well with ADHD.
As an ICF certified coach and speaker, Cissi specialises in ADHD related coaching, including time management, motivation and goal setting. She coaches both adults and children diagnosed with ADHD, as well as their families and communities. Her key focus is on helping people achieve an organised, sustainable lifestyle, supporting them to live their dreams.
At this vibrant presentation, learn how to:
?Identify the action steps needed to get to the desired goal
?Turn feelings of fear and shame into excitement and motivation
?Plan a weekly schedule, giving clarity to achieve the things that are most important
Be inspired to take action from Cissi’s amazing example, going from a life of intense shame around her ADHD diagnosis, to becoming an international speaker, adventurer and coach.
