The bar sits at the heart of the operation – so your contribution to the overall customer experience is crucial for our business and our diners enjoyment
The ideal candidate will:
• Be friendly and outgoing
• Have previous experience in high-volume/high-end cocktail making
• Be able to work a range of shifts, from 4pm until late
• Be able to upsell
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• A Duty Manager Certificate would be advantageous
