JOIN US FOR NELSON’S FIRST EVER CAR FAIR – STARTING THIS NOVEMBER: Nelson Car Fair
Have you got a car to sell? Then bring it down, only $20 entry fee per car for sellers. Deal directly with the customer on the day! It’s open to All cars, motorbikes, 4×4, Utes, camper vans, boats, classic or anything with an engine!
The Nelson Car Fair will run on selected Sundays throughout the year at the Trafalgar Centre Car Park, starting off on Sunday 22 November 2020.
A Little Bit About Us
Nelson has always been seen as the city of sunshine, grapes and hops mixed with arts & crafts. It’s also known as a destination for car and motor bike clubs to organise their daily Sunday runs or car shows. Well here’s a perfect event for all.
I’m a car guy, born in Christchurch and like many of us Cantabrians we will always migrate north to the sunshine city of Nelson. This is where I really started to appreciate cars, I use to see the old school classics cruising down the road and dream’t one day I’ll own one too. So Nelson has always been a car place for me, so I decided if I ever return to Nelson – I’ll start a Car Fair/Show. Somewhere for the community to enjoy and appreciate cars of all sorts.
Well I’m back in Nelson and yes the Car Fair is now coming into fruition. So it’s not a car show as such, well sort of………it’s primarily a Car fair, where you can bring your car to sell, and for buyers to browse and buy in a safe friendly environment. It’s also a place for car and motorbike clubs to congregate before a run, and for us all to drool over them. There will be food & drinks stalls amongst Car related stalls.
If you wish to apply for a stall just drop me an email or hunt me down on the day. (Stalls will be restricted to Food & car related products only. If you’re not sure just ask). Also if you have a band or a solo artist or a busker there’s room for you too.
You can bring your car, motor bike, 4×4, Ute, camper van, camper, boat, classic, in-fact anything with an engine is welcome. Yes caravans are allowed too. Oh I almost forgot, yes electric cars and scooters welcome too. Hey bring down the plane if you’ve got one.
Family friendly and dogs on the leash welcomed (if you forget your doggie-doo bag, don’t worry there will be plenty available)
So if you have any of the above, or anything with a motor, bring it down, no need to book – just turn up on the day, it will only only cost you $20.
