As a health, beauty and wellness retailer, our instore teams demonstrate the values and commitment to our customers by providing knowledgeable and personal customer service to all our customers.
We are looking for a passionate, experienced and motivated superstar to lead the sales on natural health supplements and services within our pharmacy.
The primary objectives of the role are to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all time. The ideal applicant will be self-motivated and enthusiastic about providing our customers with the best service possible. This role includes advising customers and selling health and vitamin products as well as other pharmacy products and services in the pharmacy, stock control, merchandising and promotional management.
This is a permanent position working to rostered hours 30-35 hours per week, including a weekend day.

Do you have what we are looking for:
– Previous experience within a retail pharmacy
– Natural health/Naturopathic/Herbal knowledge is an advantage
– Exceptional customer service skills and high personal presentation
– Dedicated work ethic
– Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
– Willingness to learn and grow with the business
– An eye for detail and accuracy
– Computer skills
