Yoga Jai’s weekly timetable

I teach classes on a Wednesday Evening 7.15-8.45pm.
🧘‍♀️The style of yoga I teach is is Synergy-based flow, adapted from the three main Eastern styles – Iyengar, Ashtanga/Vinyasa and Hot Yoga. This flow is specifically intended for Western bodies and lifestyles and you can personally adapt to for your own fitness and flexibility.
🦋 Physically, this style of yoga releases modern day stress, particularly back and neck nervous, muscular and skeletal tension. It builds strength, core stability, balance and coordination, as well as flexibility.
🧚‍♀️The led flow is fluid and fun, yet meditative and grounding – promoting positive mental health and well-being through activation of the contentment hormonal pathways.
🌅Suitable for all ages, levels of experience, and flexibility. Your first class is free. After that it’s $15 casual waged or $50 for a pass of 5 classes and $90 for a pass of 10 classes. $10 casual students/unwaged/CSC holders or $40 for a pass of 5 classes and $70 for a pass of 10 classes.
