Yoga Jai’s weekly timetable
I teach classes on a Wednesday Evening 7.15-8.45pm.
The style of yoga I teach is is Synergy-based flow, adapted from the three main Eastern styles – Iyengar, Ashtanga/Vinyasa and Hot Yoga. This flow is specifically intended for Western bodies and lifestyles and you can personally adapt to for your own fitness and flexibility.
Physically, this style of yoga releases modern day stress, particularly back and neck nervous, muscular and skeletal tension. It builds strength, core stability, balance and coordination, as well as flexibility.
The led flow is fluid and fun, yet meditative and grounding – promoting positive mental health and well-being through activation of the contentment hormonal pathways.
Suitable for all ages, levels of experience, and flexibility. Your first class is free. After that it’s $15 casual waged or $50 for a pass of 5 classes and $90 for a pass of 10 classes. $10 casual students/unwaged/CSC holders or $40 for a pass of 5 classes and $70 for a pass of 10 classes.
