623 In the City is currently recruiting a Chef to join our kitchen team. The position is approx. 15 – 30 hours per week, including day, evening and Saturday shifts
To apply for this role you must have:
– A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or relevant cookery training
– Good knowledge of cookery
– Experience in the grill section preferable
– Understand the importance of consistency and costings
– Great communication & organisational skills
– Work well in a team and under pressure
– An enthusiastic, positive attitude and take pride in your work
