Yoko Imai was born in Japan and has lived in New Zealand since 2000, she learnt how to crochet and knit from her mother and grandmother at around 8 years old. We are so proud to have an exclusive range of these beautiful intricate earrings at the gallery Yoko’s crochet process is unique due to her use of traditional embroidery threads and very thin needles which were handed down through her family.
