Take advantage of Summer Beach Bus

Take advantage of our Summer Beach Bus which runs until 7th February

The bus runs throughout the day between Tahuna Beach Holiday Park and Nelson i-SITE (Trafalgar Street bus stop), stopping at Tahunanui Beach in each direction. 

Popular particularly with children, the service gives the thousands of holiday makers staying in the Tahunanui area a car-less way of getting to the retail delights of the central city. 

Alternatively, city dwellers can ride to a day at the beach without parking hassles (or sand in the car). 

The long welcoming shoreline of Tahunanui Beach is complemented by a range of leisure activities as a result of ongoing development of the spaces and facilities.
