Push / Pull is a workshop in two parts.
Push challenges participants to push their work (including research, ideas, process, experimentation and thinking) to its limits. Pull is a process of clarification, editing, refinement and reduction, Work, research, process and concept is refined, pulled back in; reduced to the essence – to the essence of what is wanted to be said and to that which is important to the work. All unnecessary elements and noise is removed.

Judy Darragh Masterclass – SLAP STICK

SLAP STICK is a two-day workshop exploring the use of non-traditional materials in body adornment.
Using a wide range of found and upcycled materials we will experiment with combinations of unlikely materials and textures to make forms to adhere to the body. The methods of attachment will be explored and the placement around the body need not be the traditional sites for display.
The idea is to question ideas of jewellery and what is wearable.
Bring a camera or phone to document experiments and outcomes.

Dates: Saturday 27 March and Sunday 28 March, 9:30-3:00
