Brand New F45 Programming Commencing!!

Our F45 Athletics team work tirelessly staying ahead of the game by continuously updating and innovating our workouts.
And now MASSIVE changes ahead to shake things up even more!! ❤️🔵⚪️❤️
Beginning Monday May 31st:
Phases are now reduced to monthly training blocks to keep you even more challenged. 🙌This means fresh programmes every 4 weeks to keep you on your toes and our timings/layouts fresh!!!👌
Increased core work and cardio hybrid to get you completely gassed!💪😅An upper/lower body split on Tuesdays and Thursdays allowing you to get more bang for your buck by focusing on specific muscle groups in our strength sessions. 🏋️‍♀️🏋️Two week rotating resistance training blocks – So, for one week, Tuesday will be upper body and core, Thursday will be lower body and core, then the following week the Tuesday and Thursday switch up!!! This creates more consistency in training modalities and keeps the body GUESSING!! 👌
So here’s the breakdown:
MONDAY – FIRST TIME EVER WE HAVE HYBRID ON MONDAYS ⭐️
TUESDAY – LOWER BODY FOCUSSED RESISTANCE SESSION (GET READY FOR THE DOMS)🦵🦵
WEDNESDAY – PURE CARDIO STYLE SWEAT SESH 💦
THURSDAY – OLD SCHOOL RESISTANCE UPPER BODY PUMP SESSION 💪
FRIDAY – RESISTANCE HYBRID WITH WEIGHTED CARDIO👊
SATURDAY – 60MIN SESSIONS HYBRID🤩
