In this interactive talk combined with practical exercises, you will learn about:
– The benefits of mindfulness, such as stress-reduction and improved problem-solving ability; and
– How to rewire your brain for improved posture and movement, with a particular focus on the office work space.
Understand the underlying principles and what it takes to incorporate these skills into your daily life to create a positive change!
Thomas is a Feldenkrais® practitioner and assistant trainer, working with the nervous system through movement. He has been inspired by practical applications of yoga as taught by the Bihar School of Yoga, the world first Yoga University in India. He has a private practice within Nelson and has taught classes and workshops within the Nelson/Tasman region as well as internationally.
