Customer Services Representative

Nelson Airport is one of the busiest airports in NZ and is the gateway for visitors in our region. Due to an internal promotion, we have a vacancy for a Customer Services Representative to join our team.
The customer services team support the travelling public, visitors and stakeholders in the airport seven days a week and this role will be integral in ensuring that a high level of service is provided. You will join a fun, customer-focused team who are professional, safety conscious, like to be hands on and have heaps of enthusiasm for everything they do.
In this role, no shift will be the same as you will be providing face to face support with visitor and public enquiries, assisting with landside operations, technical and emergency support all while maintaining the focus on the Airport being a safe and secure environment for all users.
Bringing your previous customer service experience to this role, you will be adept at troubleshooting, providing technical support and be a positive team player who is proactive, keen to learn and willing to do whatever needs to be done to provide a great experience for all Airport users. You will need to have experience using MS Office and experience in the Aviation sector/Airports or operational environments would be an added advantage.
This role is 32 hours per week on a rostered shift anytime between the hours of 4.30am to 10.30pm on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
